Worked on the dials/dials repository to enhance data transparency and reliability within crystallography workflows. Developed a feature in Python that enables the Reflection Viewer to display available columns at startup, providing immediate insight into data structures for users working with scientific computing and data inspection tools. Improved the XDS/INTEGRATE.HKL import process by aligning imported fields with the reflection list, refining variance model handling, and adding new reflection table fields. These updates streamlined data processing and increased the accuracy of reflection data, laying the groundwork for faster debugging and onboarding while supporting robust downstream analysis in command line environments.
Concise monthly summary for May 2025 focused on delivering features that improve data transparency and reliability in the Dials workflow, while strengthening the accuracy of reflection data processing and preparing the ground for faster debugging and onboarding.
