Worked on the Samsung/TizenRT repository to address a critical reliability issue in the boot process by fixing the bootloader’s CRC verification following updates to the Samsung BP data structure. Applied C programming and embedded systems expertise to deliver a targeted patch that preserved boot stability after upstream changes. The solution involved a small, well-scoped code change, thoroughly tested to validate the boot sequence and minimize regression risk. Focused on firmware development best practices, the work emphasized clean, signed-off commits and careful alignment with evolving hardware requirements. No new features were added during this period, with efforts concentrated on robust bug resolution.
