Worked on improving the stability of the Hyprland logout flow within the end-4/dots-hyprland repository, focusing on resolving a logout termination issue caused by inconsistent process naming. Addressed this by implementing a case-insensitive string matching approach in QML, ensuring that the logout function reliably terminates Hyprland processes regardless of naming variations. This targeted hotfix, delivered as a single-commit patch, enhanced user session reliability and reduced support overhead by minimizing logout failures. Demonstrated strong front end development skills and attention to edge cases, with the solution localized to the relevant repository and efficiently addressing the latest Hyprland naming change.
