Worked on the maxim-masterov/easybuild-easyconfigs repository to improve the reliability and reproducibility of Mesa package builds. Addressed a persistent issue with broken source URLs by updating the build system configuration, specifically removing the 'older-versions-' prefix from Mesa tarball download links. This adjustment ensured that package retrieval aligned with the directory structure on archive.mesa3d.org, preventing build failures and reducing maintenance overhead. The work was implemented in Python, focusing on precise configuration management and version control practices. As a result, continuous integration processes became more consistent, and the overall stability of Mesa-related build workflows was enhanced for future development.
