Catfish Wen contributed to the AvaloniaUI/avalonia-docs repository by delivering two feature updates focused on improving documentation accessibility for Chinese-speaking developers. Over two months, Catfish enhanced Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translations, ensuring terminology consistency and refining formatting to align with the English source. Using Markdown, XML, and Bash, Catfish clarified instructions for adding controls and event handlers, corrected file references, and improved descriptions of UI elements and layout concepts. This work reduced onboarding friction and localization-related support queries, providing a more accurate and readable experience for users. The updates laid a solid foundation for future localization and documentation improvements.
