Worked on the kubernetes-sigs/headlamp repository to deliver a deployment compatibility upgrade, focusing on aligning the Headlamp application and its Helm chart with version 0.40.1. Addressed a deployment bug by updating YAML-based configurations and validating the version bump process, ensuring that the deployment setup matched the latest features and fixes. This work reduced rollout risk and improved reliability for downstream Kubernetes environments. Demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices, Helm, and Kubernetes deployment workflows, reinforcing standard Helm-chart deployment patterns. The changes laid the groundwork for future feature development and ongoing maintenance, supporting a stable and consistent deployment experience for users.
