Worked on enhancing the ModelTC/lightllm repository by delivering a feature focused on scalable server capability, specifically enabling HTTP/2 support. This was achieved by replacing Gunicorn with Hypercorn, allowing the server to handle HTTP/2 (h2c) traffic and preparing the backend for higher concurrency workloads. The technical approach centered on backend development and server management using Python, with an emphasis on improving performance and scalability. The work provided clear commit traceability, laying a foundation for future performance optimizations. No bugs were addressed during this period, and the primary contribution was the integration of Hypercorn to expand server capabilities for API development.
