Worked on enhancing the data export workflow for the SanPen/GridCal repository by introducing a new feature that adds the B [uS/km] column to the exported cable_type data. Focused on backend development and data engineering, the approach involved improving the robustness of parsing functions by applying default values when expected columns are missing, which prevents runtime errors and ensures more complete data exports. All changes were implemented in Python, with careful attention to traceability through detailed commit history. The work addressed reliability and data completeness, contributing to a more resilient export process without introducing any bug fixes during the period.
