Worked on improving tooltip interaction stability in the heroui-inc/heroui repository, focusing on enhancing user experience during rapid mouse movements. Addressed a persistent issue where tooltips would remain open unintentionally by refining the animation logic and introducing unique keys to animated tooltip elements. Utilized React and front-end development skills, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to ensure tooltips appeared and disappeared responsively in line with user interactions. Consolidated these changes to reduce edge-case states and user confusion, resulting in smoother and more predictable tooltip behavior. The work emphasized UI component reliability and animation performance, contributing to a more intuitive interface.
