Worked on the IP-A2-2025/Quizzy repository to enhance contributor onboarding and code review governance over a two-month period. Developed a GitHub Actions workflow using YAML to automatically greet first-time contributors on pull requests and issues, streamlining the onboarding process and reducing manual effort. Later, introduced a CODEOWNERS file to formalize code ownership, ensuring that all changes receive DevOps approval and adhere to established standards. Leveraged CI/CD practices and GitHub Actions to automate these processes, which improved release quality and accountability. The work focused on process automation and governance, with an emphasis on maintainability and team collaboration within the project.
