Worked on the it-at-m/refarch-templates repository to address a critical reliability issue in error messaging for the frontend. Focused on improving the Snackbar component using Vue, the developer implemented a change that ensures error messages remain visible until manually dismissed by the user. This adjustment involved setting the Snackbar timeout to -1 for error scenarios, preventing both premature auto-dismissal and indefinite persistence. The targeted bug fix enhanced UI consistency and reliability, reducing the risk of silent failures and improving user awareness. The work was delivered through a single, isolated commit, allowing for straightforward code review, quality assurance, and potential rollback.
