Working primarily with R Shiny and Markdown, Claire refined virtual ward content and UI micro-text to ensure consistency and clarity for end users, aligning product language with risk-management concepts. The updates were implemented with minimal disruption, requiring no backend changes and maintaining full traceability. This work improved the overall coherence of the application’s front end and documentation, reducing potential confusion and support queries related to terminology across the project.
