Worked on AvaloniaUI’s AvaloniaEdit repository to deliver a targeted user experience enhancement for code completion. Developed a feature in C# that automatically closes the code completion window when no completion items remain and the caret is at the start position, addressing a subtle UI edge case. Focused on front end and UI development, the implementation improved editor reliability by reducing unnecessary visual elements and potential confusion for users. The approach involved careful state management and integration with existing UI logic, resulting in a more intuitive workflow for developers using code completion features. No major bug fixes were recorded during this period.
