
Worked on the openchlsystem/openchscfc repository to deliver an end-to-end Helpline API integration supporting complaint notifications and response tracking. Implemented backend features in Python and Django, focusing on robust API integration, data serialization, and database modeling. Complaint data was encoded as JSON and base64, then transmitted to the helpline endpoint with enriched payloads including channel, timestamp, session_id, and message_id, enabling traceable message tracking. Enforced data integrity by ensuring session_id values are always UUIDs, improving auditability and traceability. Enhanced observability through structured logging and error handling, resulting in a more reliable, auditable complaint flow and faster issue resolution.
