Worked on the excalidraw/excalidraw repository to address reliability issues in the file-opening workflow on iOS 18 devices. Focused on stabilizing the legacy API by increasing the input change interval from 500 milliseconds to 5000 milliseconds, which reduced failures and delays when opening files. This targeted bug fix improved the user experience by minimizing friction and decreasing support requests related to file access. The solution was implemented using TypeScript and frontend development techniques, with careful documentation and tracking through version control. The work demonstrated attention to platform-specific challenges and contributed to a more robust core workflow for Excalidraw users.
