During February 2025, contributed to the Real-Dev-Squad/website-www repository by leading the migration of the project’s package manager from Yarn to pnpm. This work involved updating CI/CD workflows and project files using YAML and Markdown, ensuring that automated builds now leverage pnpm for faster installations and reduced disk usage. The migration included comprehensive documentation updates and a detailed migration guide to support future contributors and streamline onboarding. No high-severity bugs were reported during this period, and the changes established a more scalable foundation for ongoing DevOps improvements and package management practices within the repository’s development lifecycle.
