Worked on the prebid/prebid-server-java repository to deliver support for video ads in the Yandex Bid Adapter, expanding the platform’s multi-format capabilities. The work involved updating Java backend logic to handle video ad formats, implementing validation for video parameters, and establishing sensible defaults for duration and supported protocols. Configuration changes were made in YAML to ensure video is recognized as a supported media type, aligning with OpenRTB standards. All updates were traceable to a dedicated commit, reflecting a focused approach to feature delivery. The month’s efforts centered on robust feature implementation, with no separate bug fixes recorded during this period.
