During March 2026, contributed to the SAP/SapMachine repository by enhancing AVX support and adding detailed CPU descriptions for Zhaoxin processors. This work involved updating CPU metadata and refining the UseAVX configuration flow to ensure reliable AVX enablement across diverse hardware platforms. By focusing on CPU architecture and performance optimization using C++ and system programming techniques, the changes improved compatibility and runtime performance for Zhaoxin CPUs while reducing the risk of misconfigurations. Collaboration with code reviewers helped maintain code quality. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on expanding hardware support and optimizing system performance.
