Worked on the sparcs-kaist/clubs repository to enhance CI/CD workflows, focusing on aligning deployment processes with updated branding and production standards. Leveraged GitHub Actions and YAML to rename workflows, update image repository prefixes, and standardize environment naming conventions, reducing deployment errors and improving traceability between builds and releases. The technical approach involved shifting production streams from demo to production, ensuring that releases were production-ready and maintainable. Documentation and onboarding materials were also updated to reflect these changes, streamlining future adjustments to the CI/CD pipeline. No major bugs were reported, with efforts concentrated on reliability and maintainability of deployment processes.
