During a two-month period, Drembii focused on expanding localization support for the Jellyfin open source ecosystem, delivering full Romanian translations for both the jellyfin/jellyfin and jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repositories. Leveraging JSON and XML, Drembii integrated a Weblate-based translation workflow to streamline contributions and ensure consistency across platforms. The work involved translating over 559 strings for Android and Android TV, resulting in a coherent Romanian user interface and improved accessibility for Romanian-speaking users. While no bugs were fixed, the depth of the localization effort laid a strong foundation for future multi-language support and enhanced user experience across Jellyfin applications.
