Improved the README using Markdown, adding detailed LaTeX and latexmk setup guidance along with CTAN references to streamline the installation process. Systematically corrected formatting inconsistencies, such as blank lines and line lengths, to improve readability and maintainability. These documentation-focused changes aimed to reduce installation friction for new users and provide a clearer baseline for future contributors, leveraging skills in documentation, Markdown, and LaTeX tooling throughout the process.
