Worked on the github/github-mcp-server repository to deliver a feature enhancing Code Scanning Alerts with tool-based filtering. Developed an optional 'tool_name' parameter for the List Code Scanning Alerts API, enabling users to filter alerts by the scanning tool and streamline alert management. Focused on backend development and API design using Go, with an emphasis on robust testing to ensure stability. This addition improved the efficiency of security operations by reducing manual triage and increasing reporting accuracy. No major bugs were addressed during this period, reflecting a stable codebase and a targeted approach to feature delivery within the project scope.
