Worked on the pandapower repository to address a critical issue in the control execution workflow. Focused on improving the interaction between run_control and prepare_run_ctrl by ensuring that extra keyword arguments are properly forwarded during the preparation step. This Python-based solution enhanced the configurability and reliability of runtime control, reducing the risk of misconfiguration and supporting future extensibility. The work emphasized maintainability and code clarity, with clear commit messaging to aid future development. Leveraged full stack development skills to deliver a targeted bug fix, contributing to a more robust and flexible control execution process without introducing new features during the period.
