Worked on the ArcadeAI/arcade-ai repository to deliver a startup security hardening feature for the arcade_mcp_server component. Focused on backend development using Python, the work involved suppressing tool names in startup logs to reduce exposure of internal tooling and streamline the initialization process. This approach improved confidentiality and audit readiness by ensuring sensitive tool details were not displayed during server startup, while maintaining startup performance without introducing measurable latency. The implementation was tracked with a clear commit history and emphasized maintainability and security. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on this targeted feature enhancement.
