Worked on enhancing the packaging and distribution process for the sj26/serena repository by implementing wheel packaging configuration. Focused on updating the pyproject.toml file using TOML to enable building wheels for both serena and multilspy, which streamlined the distribution workflow and improved build reproducibility. Integrated support for the uvx run command within the packaging flow, ensuring that the project could be correctly packaged and delivered through continuous integration pipelines. Maintained clear documentation and commit-level traceability throughout the process. The work centered on build configuration and packaging automation, addressing distribution readiness without introducing new bug fixes during the period.
