Worked on refining the Frame System within the viamrobotics/rdk repository, focusing on improving clarity and maintainability in backend services. Refactored the NewFrameSystemService to adopt the standardized resource name 'frame_system', aligning with established naming conventions and reducing potential confusion for future contributors. This change, implemented using Go and backend development practices, addressed technical debt by creating a clearer standard for resource naming. Although no major bugs were fixed during this period, the work laid a foundation for smoother future enhancements and easier onboarding. The approach emphasized consistency, supporting faster downstream development and more maintainable code within the Frame System.
