Worked on enhancing the apache/poi repository by delivering XWPF Theme Public Access and Font Information Helpers, which enabled public access to theme elements and facilitated font information retrieval based on script type. Focused on improving robustness by implementing null-safety in font retrieval methods to prevent runtime errors, and expanded unit test coverage to validate the new functionality. Updated the API surface and documentation, including Javadoc enhancements and naming alignment in XWPFTheme.java, to support maintainability. Utilized Java and unit testing practices throughout the development process, ensuring the new features were reliable and integrated smoothly with the existing software development workflow.
