Developed a Fedora build script for the mhogomchungu/media-downloader repository, enabling Fedora users to compile the application from source and simplifying the onboarding process. The work centered on Linux system administration and build automation, using bash scripting to ensure reproducible builds and clear installation steps. Updated the project’s README to provide detailed Fedora-specific build and usage instructions, reducing friction for new contributors and users. All changes were linked to a specific commit for traceability, reflecting a methodical approach to documentation and change management. No bugs were addressed during this period, with the focus remaining on feature delivery and contributor guidance.
