Worked on stabilizing build automation for the RWTH-EBC/TEASER repository by addressing a critical issue in output path handling for building model generation. Focused on Python development, the work involved refactoring code to streamline path manipulation and file I/O processes. By ensuring a default output path is reliably determined when none is specified, the update improved the predictability and reliability of build outputs. The solution also removed redundant function calls, simplifying the logic and reducing maintenance overhead. This targeted bug fix, delivered through a single commit, enhanced the overall robustness of the build process without introducing new features during the period.
