FereMouSiopi worked on a critical refactor for the clangenb/polkadot-sdk repository, migrating the pallet-insecure-randomness-collective-flip to the umbrella frame crate architecture. This involved updating Cargo.lock and Cargo.toml to align dependencies, as well as adapting src/lib.rs and associated tests to use the new frame imports while ensuring existing functionality remained intact. The work focused on enhancing modularity and maintainability for multi-pallet deployments, streamlining future updates and dependency management. FereMouSiopi demonstrated proficiency in Rust, Substrate, and Cargo workspaces, delivering a well-scoped feature that improved the project’s structure without introducing new bugs or regressions.
