Worked on Kong’s developer platform and Go libraries, delivering three features over two months focused on plugin compatibility and efficient data retrieval. Built a compatibility layer for Kong/developer.konghq.com to support Gateway v3.13 plugins, enforcing version compliance and reducing upgrade friction. Enhanced documentation to guide users through plugin upgrades and error resolution. In the Kong/go-kong and go-database-reconciler repositories, implemented global target retrieval methods, enabling single-call access to upstream target data and reducing API round-trips. Leveraged Go, API development, and backend development skills to improve system reliability, lower operational risk, and streamline developer workflows through robust documentation and cross-repository collaboration.
