Worked on the XENONnT/straxen repository to implement a relative light yield correction for CS1 measurements, addressing both z-position and time dependencies. Developed new configuration parameters to enable flexible adjustment of the correction, improving the accuracy of light yield data by compensating for spatial and temporal variations. The solution was engineered in Python and leveraged skills in data analysis, physics simulation, and signal processing to ensure robust parameterization and future reproducibility. This work enhanced the repository’s ability to support ongoing experimental refinements, providing a foundation for more precise measurement and analysis in the context of physics-based data workflows.
