Worked on maintaining the NethermindEth/surge-taiko-mono repository by performing a targeted dependency upgrade to enhance long-term stability. Focused on updating the risc0-ethereum package to version v2.2.0, this work improved compatibility and reliability without introducing user-facing changes. The approach emphasized disciplined dependency management and adherence to semantic commit conventions, supporting robust release hygiene. Utilized skills in TypeScript and monorepo maintenance to ensure the repository remained current and reduced future maintenance risks. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but the update reinforced the project’s foundation for scalability and ongoing development, demonstrating a methodical approach to software upkeep.
