Worked on enhancing the reliability of WebAssembly worker execution within the MeshInspector/MeshLib repository by focusing on robust error handling in JavaScript. Addressed a recurring issue where strict catch conditions for 'RuntimeError: Aborted()' limited effective error reporting, and implemented a more flexible approach to capturing and diagnosing these errors. This adjustment improved the stability of Wasm module execution and provided better observability for debugging and maintenance. The work involved patching and verifying changes directly in the codebase, leveraging skills in JavaScript, WebAssembly, and error handling to reduce downtime and support more resilient Wasm-related workflows for the project.
