Worked on the elsa-core repository to enhance reliability and correctness in workflow operations by addressing two critical bugs. Focused on backend development and database management using C#, the developer improved the core deletion logic by ensuring that filters are applied before parameter evaluation in DeleteAsync methods, which allows delete queries to execute correctly when filters are present. Additionally, updated the Variable class constructor to properly assign custom identifiers, preserving intended object identity and data integrity. These targeted changes reduced the risk of silent failures and contributed to more predictable workflow behavior, supporting robust API development and maintainable software infrastructure.
