
Developed and delivered the core backend and frontend for image-based event data ingestion within the maevsi repository, enabling end-to-end extraction of structured event details from images using AI-driven techniques. Leveraged TypeScript and Node.js to implement image preprocessing, moderation, and security controls, while integrating prompt engineering for improved data quality and compliance. Built a user-friendly UI in Vue.js for uploading and previewing images, enhancing the workflow with precise currency display and robust state management. Focused on stability by refining authentication, resolving type ambiguities, and removing code duplication, resulting in a more accurate, scalable, and secure ingestion pipeline for event data.
February 2025 highlights: Delivered a feature-rich Image-based Event Data Ingestion Backend and a user-friendly Image Ingestion UI, enabling end-to-end ingestion of event data from images with AI-based extraction, image preprocessing, moderation, and security controls.
