Developed a comprehensive Medical Insurance guide detailing benefits, procedures, and usage scenarios, all authored in Markdown. The work prioritized maintainability and discoverability, resulting in clearer onboarding documentation and faster self-serve access for students. No bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on scalable content growth and documentation best practices.
