Developed a framework-scoped formatting option for the dotnet format command, enabling users to restrict formatting to specific target frameworks for improved flexibility and performance. Addressed restore-time failures by removing unsupported arguments from the restore path, ensuring reliable project restoration. Enhanced maintainability through internal refactoring, including standardizing method signatures and updating localization translations for consistency. Utilized C# and the dotnet SDK, applying skills in code refactoring, localization, and unit testing to reduce future regression risk and support downstream filtering via MSBuildWorkspaceLoader.
