Hita Pandya enhanced deployment reliability and observability across multiple IBM MAS repositories by developing features that expanded GitOps resource management and introduced adoption metrics telemetry. She implemented support for additional resource provisioning in the ibm-mas/cli and ibm-mas/gitops repositories, allowing users to configure deployments more flexibly through updated CLI options and YAML templates. Leveraging her expertise in Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting, Hita also integrated metrics reporting flags into both CLI and DevOps pipelines, enabling consistent telemetry collection across ibm-mas/python-devops and ibm-mas/ansible-devops. Her work improved deployment configurability, lifecycle management, and provided actionable insights into feature usage and adoption.
