Worked on the strapi/design-system repository to enhance status indication in the front end by introducing new Badge component variants using React and TypeScript. The approach focused on improving visual differentiation and usability for status displays, while also simplifying future maintenance. Deprecated the existing Status component to consolidate status representation into a single, reusable Badge-based solution, providing clear migration guidance for other developers. Maintained traceability through well-documented commits and aligned the changes with design-system governance practices. The work emphasized scalable component design and streamlined developer experience, reflecting a methodical approach to front end development and component lifecycle management within a modern codebase.
