Worked on the gin-gonic/gin repository to enhance the project’s testing infrastructure, focusing on improving both coverage and workflow efficiency. Reorganized the test folder structure and updated the Makefile to expand the test target, ensuring additional Go packages were included in automated runs. This approach enabled earlier detection of regressions and provided higher confidence in release quality. By streamlining the testing process and making test runs more repeatable and faster in continuous integration, the changes also improved the onboarding experience for contributors. Collaborated closely with other maintainers, leveraging skills in Go, Makefile scripting, and testing best practices throughout the development process.
