During April 2025, Hui Liu expanded the test input suite for the JCSDA-internal/ufo-data repository, focusing on improving validation for msonet geovals and obs rrfs components. By adding two new NC4 test input files and integrating them into the ctest validation framework, Hui enabled earlier regression detection and contributed to higher quality releases. The work centered on enhancing automated testing processes, leveraging skills in testing and continuous integration. Although the contribution was limited to a single feature over one month, the targeted approach addressed specific gaps in test coverage, supporting more robust and reliable development workflows for the project.
