During February 2025, work centered on extending retrieval capabilities in the aigc-apps/PAI-RAG repository by integrating DashVector as a new vector store option. This involved developing Python integration code to support DashVector within the existing retrieval pipeline, ensuring users could configure and switch to this vector database without disrupting current workflows. The process included updating Markdown documentation to guide users on configuration and usage, as well as managing new dependencies required for seamless cloud integration. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, reflecting a focused effort on feature delivery and maintaining compatibility with established retrieval functionalities.
