Leveraged deep learning and federated learning techniques using Python and PyTorch to support multi-task experimentation in distributed environments. Provided comprehensive setup and usage documentation to streamline researcher onboarding and ensure reproducibility. This work aligned with the CVPR2024 FedHCA2 algorithm, expanding NVFlare’s capabilities for collaborative research and reducing integration overhead for new users, while supporting hyperparameter tuning and model aggregation within federated computer vision workflows.
