Worked on the Hypertopic/HyperGlosae repository to deliver a cohesive user interface enhancement focused on improving user onboarding and reducing support queries. Developed and implemented a unified tooltip system across multiple components, ensuring consistent visual feedback and accessibility by leveraging React, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The approach included adding tooltips to various icons and the editable textarea, using OverlayTrigger and Tooltip to provide clear user guidance such as “Edit content...”. These changes addressed gaps in user guidance and contributed to ongoing design system improvements, resulting in a more discoverable and accessible editing experience without introducing new bugs during the development period.
