During December 2024, contributed to the OpenList-Frontend repository by developing a user experience enhancement focused on sorting functionality. The work involved configuring the naturalSort.insensitive setting to true, enabling case-insensitive sorting for object lists with mixed-case values. This adjustment improved the consistency and predictability of sorting operations, reducing user confusion and aligning with established UX and maintainability standards. The feature was implemented using TypeScript and frontend development best practices, ensuring that sorting behavior now meets user expectations across diverse datasets. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering this targeted feature to improve data handling reliability.
