Worked on expanding deployment capabilities for the Siksha services within the wafflestudio/waffle-world repository by enabling ARM64 architecture support. This involved updating Kubernetes node selectors for the API server, crawler, and Spring server across both development and production environments, facilitating a migration from amd64 to arm64. The approach improved hardware compatibility and deployment parity, reducing maintenance overhead and streamlining rollouts. All changes were managed through traceable commits to ensure reproducibility and clear change management. The work demonstrated proficiency in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes, with YAML used for configuration, focusing on robust multi-environment deployment and operational consistency.
