Worked on the ECHOlab-DTU/web repository to deliver a focused UI enhancement by improving modal overlay visibility. Addressed readability and accessibility by adjusting the background opacity of modal overlays, allowing dialogs to stand out more clearly against page content. Utilized CSS for precise layering and opacity tuning, alongside JavaScript and UI/UX design principles to refine the user experience without altering existing modal behavior. Managed changes through Git with clear, iterative commits and maintained consistent code quality. The work resulted in clearer modal interactions and a more accessible interface, demonstrating attention to detail in frontend engineering and accessibility best practices.
