Worked on the coinbase/agentkit repository to establish foundational release and quality processes for the CDP Agentkit project. Focused on building out initial documentation, including a new README and structured changelogs, while configuring pyproject files to support packaging for two components. Introduced continuous integration checks using Python and linting tools to enforce code quality and ensure unit tests run before merges. These efforts created baseline CI/CD pipelines, improving release readiness and traceability. By emphasizing documentation, package management, and automated testing, the work enabled more reliable, repeatable releases and set up essential quality gates for ongoing development in the repository.
