During November 2024, work on the KYH-Net23/Rika repository centered on enhancing ecommerce user experience and streamlining returns processing. Using React, JavaScript, and JSX, the developer delivered two key features: a revamped product details page with improved UI, color palette selection, wishlist and add-to-cart actions, and admin edit controls, as well as a dedicated returns flow with a new route and a ReturnFromPayment component featuring a loading state and clearer email confirmation messaging. The technical approach emphasized incremental feature-branch commits, UI cleanup, and removal of redundant options, resulting in reduced user friction and more efficient post-purchase workflows.
